Celeste FFA spent long hours since the beginning of school preparing to compete in the FFA leadership contest. Preparations were a bit different this year due to COVID as the contests were completely virtual. Students had to learn to speak into the camera for video recording and live Zoom sessions. We are super proud of all the students that met the new challenges to compete on a high level. On November 9th, FFA members competed at the District 2 FFA Leadership contest. Members did an outstanding job. All first and second place teams qualified for the Area contest that was held on November 18th. Congratulations to Kloe Walker for delivering an amazing creed in the senior category at the Area contest. The Greenhand Chapter Conducting team placed fourth overall and the Senior Chapter Conducting team placed third. Both teams won Area banners! We are so proud of all these FFA members!
