School is Coming Soon for the Blue Devils!

The hustle and bustle of a new school year has begun!  School is just around the corner and some Blue Devils are getting an early start.  Football, cheer, drill, drums and cross country members reported for practice Monday, August 5^th.  The students fought through extreme heat as temperatures soared during the week.  Several seniors even braved the heat to take advantage of participating in the senior tradition of painting their parking space for the year.  High school students have been attending orientation, and Celeste ISD teachers and staff have been preparing for students to return during teacher in-service week on August 12-16.  Blue Devils everywhere are gearing up for a great school year!  The school year will kick-off on Thursday night with Meet the Teacher Night (Elementary @ 5:30-6:30 Junior High @ 6-7 High School @ 7-7:30) and Meet the Blue Devils will follow in the high gym at 7:30 p.m.  The first day of school will be on Monday, August 19, 2019.  Happy school year!
