LIVESTOCK JUDGING TEAM QUALIFIES FOR STATE!

The Area 5 FFA Livestock judging contest was held on April 12, 2017. The Celeste FFA livestock judging team placed 1st in District and 10th in the Area out of 77 teams. They qualified for the State FFA Livestock judging contest in College Station. “It was a tough contest with some great teams from all over North Texas. Our livestock team worked very hard over the last few months for this, so we are very proud of this achievement,” Ag Science Teacher Stephen Dillard stated. 

Members of the back-to-back state qualifying team of Abbi Farr, Shayla Daugherty, Reid Tallant and Jaxson Dillard will compete at the Texas A&M State Judging Event on April 29, 2017.
