CISD School Board Present Outstanding Achievement Awards
January is School Board Recognition Month. During the board meeting onJanuary 17, 2013, members of the Celeste ISD School Board received hand-made CISD clipboards from the high school, thank you letters from the elementary and a junior high school student-made video to show how much students, faculty and staff appreciate the members for their service, commitment and dedication. In return, Celeste ISD Superintendent Ricky Beadles and the CISD Board of Trustees recognized Cross Country Head Coach Amy Herron and members of the cross country team that represented Celeste ISD at the regional and state levels. Mr. Beadles also recognized FFASponsor Stephen Dillard and FFAmembers that competed at the Area FFALeadership Contest. The students were recognized for their outstanding achievement, commitment, discipline, courage, responsibility and dedication to excellence. The following students were recognized:
