FFA MEMBERS ATTEND DISTRICT 4 CONVENTION - January 11, 2016

The District 4 FFA Convention was held on January 11, 2016 at Mabank High School.  During the convention, Celeste FFA received leadership development banners for 2^nd Agriculture Advocacy, 1^st Greenhand Chapter Conducting, 1^st Greenhand Quiz, 1^st Radio Broadcasting, 1^st Senior Chapter Conducting, 2^nd Senior Quiz and 2^nd Place Sweepstakes Award.  Abi Farr and Emily Bowles served as voting delegates for Celeste, and voted in the election of the 2016-2017 district officers team as well as the district 4 talent candidate that will move on to the Area competition . 

Shayla Daugherty has been serving as the 2015-2016 District 4 Reporter.  She gave her retiring district officer address at the closing of the ceremony.  Shayla is planning to run for an Area 5 FFA office in the spring.
